Subsidies

Lending our experience

A subsidy, according to the Dutch General Administrative Law Act (Awb), is a claim to financial resources granted by a government body for clearly defined activities of the applicant and not as payment for goods or services delivered to the government. It is a public-law funding instrument rather than a commercial transaction.
